Operations Analyst Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the senior team in planning and conducting internet-based research
2. Collect and compile data from various sources, including online
3. Assist in analyzing research data using Excel and other tools
4. Manage external communications with vendors, partners, and other stakeholders on behalf of senior management
5. Coordinate activities, timelines, and project milestones
6. Maintain organized records of materials, data, and project documentation
7. Assist in scheduling and facilitating meetings and discussions
8. Prepare documentation and upload on core systems for recruitment and consulting-related work
9. Ensure core systems are up to date and documentation is available for other team members on a timely basis
10. Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations for clients and internal teams
11. Generate reports using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
12. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client projects

Qualifications:

1. Hold a master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, economics, social sciences)
2. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
3. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Be detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
5. Show proactivity and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
