Operations Associate - Procurement Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and inventory management.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
3. Monitor and analyze procurement expenses to optimize costs and maintain budget compliance.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage agreements to align with company standards and policies.
6. Address and resolve vendor issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.
7. Assist in planning and coordinating operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
8. Prepare reports and presentations for management to track key operational metrics.
9. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
10. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement process enhancements.
11. Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
12. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies for continuous improvement based on KPI and KRA analysis.
