Key responsibilities:

1. Scheduling training sessions
2. Informing concerned parties about the training
3. Ensuring that the trainer is assigned as per the requirements and ready for the training session
4. Sending out course information to related participants
5. Compiling the training objectives of the participants
6. Ensuring that the training is happening as per the schedule & the syllabus is being followed
7. Printing out training support materials
8. Helping the training manager or trainer to create training support materials
9. Recording the attendance
10. Preparing training reports
11. Helping in arranging the induction program timetable
12. Keeping track of employees' training records and maintaining them in Excel
13. Providing general administrative assistance to training managers and trainers
14. Handling any other task associated with organizing and scheduling training sessions
15. Handing out feedback forms and collecting them
