RERA Easy was founded in April 2017 with the goal of assisting and guiding real estate professionals in understanding, implementing, and complying with the RERA Act.
RERA Easy is now serving as a legal advisor and RERA consultant to over 1500+ real estate developers in the state of Maharashtra. In the MahaRERA Court, our Legal Team is presently handling over 500 litigation cases.

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with upper management in order to develop a plan for ensuring that operations execute smoothly
2. Handle the registration process and work on live projects
3. Work on drafting forms required for registration & quarterly compliances as per RERA regulation
4. Work on coordinating with clients to ensure that all appropriate documentation has been received & keeping a track of received documents and pending documents
5. Maintain coordination with the internal team, including the legal and accounts departments to ensure that the appropriate work is done on time
6. Deal with client queries promptly and professionally, (telephone, email, letter, or other), answer these yourself where you can (and have agreed), and refer to colleagues where appropriate

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 4 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
