The operations department deals with multiple key aspects of the business including vendor onboarding, order fulfillment, compliances, and documentation. You will be working with an existing team of young minds and experienced people in the industry.
Key responsibilities:
1. Onboarding vendors and documenting the product details in our existing platforms
2. Communicating the product details with the tech team and checking if the digitization adheres to the key customer requirements
3. Providing answers about the important details of the product to the customer support team
4. Visiting manufacturing units for customer support and quality inspection

Working hours:
1. Flexible working hours of 9 hours a day (Monday to Friday) (In office)
2. Flexible 7 working hours on the first and third Saturday (WFH)

3. Good communication skills
4. Knowing more than 2 Indian languages is a plus
