We are seeking a dynamic Associate Accountant to join our team at Mantittude. If you are proficient in MS-Excel, Tally, English (both spoken and written), Accounting, and MS-Office, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills and grow in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations :
a. Manage full scope of operations (invoicing, order manifestation, coordinating with marketplace and logistic partner for order pick up)
b. Packaging material sourcing and inventory management
c. Scoping and Coordinating with Vendors to evaluate gift packs , innovative boxes for seasonal campaigns
2. MIS & Accounts
a. Maintain daily , weekly , monthly Sales MIS from all channel sources and send out MIS reports
b. Maintain all relevant documentation for compliance regarding GST, Invoicing, Vendor Payments etc
c. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in coordination with the
3. CA Agency
a. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
b. Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
c. Collaborate with the different agencies to analyze financial data and trends.
d. Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
e. Support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
f. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports as needed.
