Operations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Hiring drivers for 2W and 3W vehicles based on the location provided by the team
2. Interacting with clients and Riders, answering questions, and resolving issues
3. Managing concerns of blue-collar guys and tries to resolve the issues escalated from clients
4. Following up with the drivers (20-30) and report the drivers on time as per the client's requirements
5. Following up the drivers and push the drivers to achieve the task assigned by the clients
6. Maintaining daily data of drivers reporting, orders taking, working hours
7. Maintaining cash handling from the drivers and deposit to the company's account on a daily basis without fail
8. Maintaining the assets allotted to the drivers who are assigned to the executives

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree preferred
2. 2 to 3 years of experience in handling gig force & large Fleet handling or in a similar role
3. Ability to get dedicated riders
4. Strong people management and organizational skills
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills
7. Detail-oriented
