TribeVibe Entertainment Private Limited (https://tribevibe.live/) is a BookMyShow Enterprise established in 2019 that aims to revolutionize the college festival scene. College festivals are an integral part of a student s life as it gives them a chance to witness and be a part of something more than everyday classroom work. Currently, college festivals need avenues to support them with regards to various aspects that are involved in making any event successful right from the planning stages to the execution and the post-event activities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the client on-ground and fulfill requirements as per the events
2. Build partnerships with local vendors & venues for the events
3. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to make sure everything is adhered to per the client's standards
4. Assess the overall event success and submit findings
5. Support implementation of the communication plan for all events under the direction of the manager
6. Manage event inventory (PDAs, printers, lanyards, etc)
Requirements:
1. 1-4 years of experience preferably in the events background.
2. A passion for events with an accurate eye for details.
3. Excellent communication skills with command over the English (written and verbal)
4. Should be responsible for mentoring the team.
5. Must be ready to travel for work.
6. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
7. Ready to work in flexible timings.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
