2. Designing leisure packages for inbound & domestic clients
3. Coordinating with the hoteliers & agents for smooth operations
4. Negotiating with hotels & vendors for rates to maximize the profits
5. Ensuring query turnaround time to agents as per agreed norms
6. Managing the operations process for various booking files (this will include liaison with the client & also the suppliers)
