We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in operations management, with a strong focus on efficiency and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow.
2. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
4. Coordinate with various departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for timely fulfillment of orders.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
7. Train and supervise operational staff to maintain high performance and morale.
8. Prepare regular reports and presentations on the operation's performance.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Experienced in operations management or a similar role.
3. Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Experience with operations management software is a plus.
