Operations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality control to address immediate issues, pre-empt potential future issues, and identify areas for improvement
2. Address day-to-day community issues, including coordinating and managing building access
3. Manage food and beverage offerings to ensure quality and presentation align with Bootstart's brand
4. Oversee daily ordering and receipt of products from vendors
5. Prepare building expense reports and budgets for management review
6. Organize move-in and move-out schedules to minimize member issues
7. Support the Operation Manager in strategic decisions regarding operational and financial performance and process optimization
8. Train Community Associates and other Community Leads to conduct walkthroughs and prepare reports in your absence
9. Ensure uncompromising cleanliness by managing the Community Service staff team to execute daily cleaning and pantry duties to the highest standards
10. Support new member tours when required
11. Research prospective members in the tour pipeline and assist with follow-up and closing requirements
12. Connect with local organizations and attend networking events to promote Bootstart's community and identify potential members
13. Refer prospective or existing members to other locations when required
14. Develop professional relationships with members to proactively gather information on their needs and identify services to help them achieve their goals
15. Identify and execute opportunities to connect members with each other
16. Support the planning and supervision of educational, professional, and personal development events based on members' needs
17. Ensure a gracious arrival experience for all members, prospective members, and guests while maintaining necessary building security
18. Ensure best practices are followed to benefit the broader company in areas of member experience, sales, hospitality, operations, events, and training
