About the job
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Head to lead our Client Concerns Resolution team. The Operations Head will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all client concerns and complaints are addressed efficiently and effectively by coordinating with various operational teams. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to strategize and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. Client Concerns Management:

Lead and oversee the resolution of all client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement effective processes and workflows for handling client concerns to achieve optimal outcomes.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with various operational teams to investigate, analyze, and resolve client concerns.
Facilitate cross-functional communication and cooperation to ensure a cohesive approach to addressing client issues.

3. Quality Assurance:

Establish and maintain quality standards for client interactions and issue resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular reviews of client concerns to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

4. Team Management:

Build, lead, and mentor a team of client concerns resolution specialists, ensuring a high level of competence and professionalism.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to team members to drive growth and development.

5. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data related to client concerns and complaints to identify trends, patterns, and root causes, and propose corrective actions accordingly.
Generate regular reports for senior management summarizing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
