The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the internal operations of our company, which comprises 20 textile outlets located across Kerala. The primary responsibility of the Operations Manager will be to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the warehouse, outlets, and related processes. The operations manager will focus his efforts on ensuring that all systems are in place and will support the senior operations manager.
Key Responsible Areas (KRAs): -
Smooth operations of each outlet, monitoring, its audit.
Smooth operations of the warehouse, its monitoring, improvement, and its audit.
Give guidelines, instructions, and solutions for all sub-departments under operations and ensure they are in alignment with the departmental vision.
Team management.
Documentation related to operations.
Communication with HODs.
Adequate manpower and its utilization.
Adequate supply of goods to outlets and inventory management.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Process improvement and cost reduction.
Monthly process audit of each outlet.
Successful running of the warehouse.
Timely entry of goods receiving transactions.
Periodic inventory.
Generation of reports.
Damage control.
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
Annual CTC: ₹ 6,00,000 - 8,40,000 /year
