Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to ensure they align with organizational goals and meet client expectations.
2. Manage relationships with creators, influencers, or contributors who are part of the creator's panel.
3. Coordinate assignments, deadlines, and deliverables with the creators to ensure timely and quality output.
4. Lead and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
5. Attend client meetings to understand their requirements, present operational strategies, and address any concerns.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify opportunities for additional services.
