Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
2. Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
3. Promote optimum staff performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
4. Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variances.
5. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers to understand service requirements.
6. Ensure the availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts.
7. Formulate pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities, determining additional needed sales promotions, and authorizing clearance sales.
8. Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans.
9. Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.
10. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
11. Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
12. Lead operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program procedures.
13. Ensure timely fulfillment of services and orders as per TAT.
14. Preparing and sharing daily/weekly/monthly operations reports.
