Operations - Program Delivery Coordinator Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, principals, teachers, and other key contacts
2. Act as the primary point of contact for schools, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
3. Monitor program delivery to ensure it meets established quality standards
4. Collect feedback from schools and use it to continuously improve program effectiveness
5. Work within program budgets and allocate resources efficiently
6. Procure and distribute materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
7. Prepare regular reports on program delivery, including progress, challenges, and outcomes
8. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization to ensure smooth delivery of the programs
10. Provide guidance and support to school coordinators and educators as needed
