Strong understanding of US Absence legislative rules and Oracle HCM capabilities for the same. Should have integrated Absence Management with Time and Labor and Payroll before. Should have integrated OTL with payroll in previous implementations with US legislation. Design, configure, and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business requirements, including but not limited to Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management. Having hands on experience with Fast formula development will be an added advantage. Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Oracle certifications Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus. Work from Office is required
