compensation plans and Total Compensation statements... etc. Having hands on experience with Fast formula development will be an added advantage. Should have done documentation such as Test Scripts, user manuals and training guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and
project managers, to deliver Oracle projects on time and within budget. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Oracle certifications Oracle HCM Cloud is a plus. Work from Office is required
