We have a new training need for one of our clients.
We are looking for trainers having experience in ERP functional and in O2C and R2R in ERP systems and Change Management.
Below are the trainer expectations.
Role Purpose (Outputs)
High quality, engaging training content for specific audience groups ('Communities')
The training content must:
Be highly contextualized in the overarching goals the business seeks to achieve in the adoption of the new operating model
Comprehensively cover transaction-level learning needed to be able to fulfil the required tasks in the new Oracle technology
A non-exhaustive illustration of example courseware outputs may include:
Instructor Led Training Courses (ILT), including live system demonstrations & exercises, that require system data set-up, and creating supporting slideware
E-Learning content compiled using an e-Learning tool such [specific brand TBD]
Detailed process documentation
The trainer will be responsible for ensuring all training outputs are signed-off by relevant parties within the business and the project team
Desirable Experience
5+ years' experience working as an ERP trainer
Experience or working in the IT or Professional Services sector
Experience working as part of a deadline-driven business transformation project
Experience working in a business of global scale
