As an Order Processing Executive at ALM Engineering & Instrumentation Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders. With your expertise in effective communication, advanced MS Excel, and Tally, you will be responsible for managing orders from start to finish, providing exceptional service to our clients, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process incoming orders accurately and promptly.
2. Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any inquiries or concerns.
3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
4. Maintain updated records of orders, invoices, and payments using MS Excel and Tally software.
5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers for timely replenishment
6. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, invoices, or payments
7. Provide regular updates to management on order status and performance metrics
8. Make calibration certificates
9. Enter the records of the stock.
