We are looking for a dynamic personality who can join our team for two key purposes - bring in expertise to build a strong, happy & engaged team and secondly extend the organizational psychology expertise to our corporate business partner accounts in shaping their EAP program.
Key responsibilities:
1. Help train and motivate the internal workforce
2. Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency
3. Screen candidates to find the right fit for the organization
4. Coordinate & conduct interviews with the core team members
5. Oversee daily operations of the HR/admin department
6. Manage employees grievances
7. Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients
8. Have a consultative approach toward planning the EAP structure for them
9. Coordinate the EAP delivery with the client and internal team
10. Take regular feedback from corporate on performance and improvements
Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as an industrial-organizational psychologist or similar role
2. Experience working with employees from a variety of departments
3. Relevant training and/or certifications as an industrial-organizational psychologist
4. Degree/certifications as an industrial-organizational psychologist
5. MA in applied psychology (industrial/organizational) preferred
6. A minimum of 1 year of experience
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Demonstrable leadership abilities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
