Role: Implementation level (special focus on brothel and vulnerable communities)
Implementation of effective and result-oriented activities and long-lasting changes in the lives of beneficiaries. Ensure achievement of overall outcomes of the outreach program in line with the overall mission and that it is attained and upscaled accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute the activities at various outreach sites especially focusing on vulnerable communities, like brothel communities, slums, and other designated or selected sites
2. Engage with women and continue to mobilize and motivate them to participate in the various interventions and activities and establish a case management process in the outreach
3. Work on training women in life skills and micro-business as per the organization's curriculum followed by handholding of the women
4. Work on regular follow-up on the progress of the women and ensure assessments are done, data is recorded and used for course corrections
5. Work on documentation & report writing on a timely basis
6. Participate in innovation efforts and breaking new ground through pilots within the outreach program
7. Perform any other task/priority set by the management
Requirements:
1. BSW graduate
2. Female candidates only
3. Preferred work experience of at least 2 years in a not-for-profit (preferably worked with women)
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Kshamata's mission is to create an enabling environment aimed at empowering women and adolescent girls faced with vulnerable and exploitative situations including trafficked backgrounds, enabling them to become respected, productive, and earning citizens by providing ongoing care and counseling, life skills education, job readiness, appropriate vocational training and placement, necessary arrangements for accommodation, and continued follow up and support for reintegration in society. We have been executing the model of reintegration to facilitate change in the lives of women and girls.
