Outreach Officer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage Red Dot Foundation's outreach campaigns in neighborhoods and academic institutions
2. Facilitate community-driven interventions to address hyperlocal issues of sexual violence by aggregating related data through reporting, focus group discussions, and campaign meetings
3. Engage stakeholders in improving public safety and strengthening institutional accountability by building leadership potential in communities and partner organizations
4. Train and build the capacity of partner organizations to address sexual violence in public spaces through data-supported community programs
5. Conduct awareness workshops with communities, organizations, academic institutions, and corporations to address sexual harassment and child sexual abuse, including relevant legislation
6. Document outreach campaign progress effectively through casebooks and digital materials to scale online research
7. Participate in on-ground events and workshops to enhance community engagement
8. Explore strategic partnerships and collaborate with aligned organizations for Safecity campaigns to strengthen outreach and impact
9. Manage, guide, coach, and mentor lead volunteers involved in outreach programs
10. Support special projects as needed, contributing to the organization's growth through multitasking and adaptability
