The consultant should maintain knowledge of overseas study countries like the UK, USA, Germany, Canada, etc., and work on converting the students for overseas study. They should also follow up with the students & parents, solving their queries.
Key responsibilities:
1. Inform and convince students regarding study abroad programs and opportunities such as country, course, universities, program selections, and career planning.
2. Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by colleges/universities and use the knowledge to help students.
3. Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs, courses, colleges and universities, and countries like the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Italy, Switzerland, and others.
4. Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student.
5. Clarify doubts related to courses and admissions.
6. Analyze the mindset of the students who are interested in abroad education and motivate and encourage clients to take up the course.
7. Pitch the service packages we provide and sell them on a good note.
8. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals.
