We are looking to hire a dedicated Overseas Education Counselor. The post holder will provide free professional advice and guidance to students interested in Studying in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, Dubai and Ireland. S/he will work to achieve specific targets set by the Office Manager and his/her performance will be judged on the same. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in working with people and be highly motivated, result-orientated with a strong interest in marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist prospective students in identifying suitable study abroad programs, countries, and institutions based on their academic background, career aspirations, and personal preferences.
2. Provide guidance on admission requirements, application processes, and documentation needed for various universities and countries.
3. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and their families, addressing their concerns and answering their queries.
4. Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational trends, visa policies, and industry developments in order to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, partner universities, and external organizations to ensure a seamless student experience.
6. Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops on study abroad opportunities, benefits, and application procedures.
7. Assist students in preparing application materials, including personal statements, recommendation letters, and other required documents.
8. Monitor student application progress and follow up with universities, ensuring timely feedback and successful admissions.
9. Provide guidance on scholarship opportunities, financial planning, and budgeting for studying abroad.
10. Support students in visa application processes, including documentation and interview preparation.
11. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress in CRM and other tracking systems.
12. Participate in education fairs, networking events, and professional development opportunities to build relationships and promote the company's services
