Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pantry Boy to join our team on a full-time basis at our Gurgaon location. This junior-level position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage pantry operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization while adhering to food safety standards and supporting kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a pantry boy or in a similar role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations to maintain a hygienic and safe pantry environment.
Basic cooking techniques are essential to assist the kitchen staff when necessary.
Effective kitchen organization skills to ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Competency in inventory management to keep track of stock levels and report shortages timely.
Understanding of sanitation procedures to clean and sanitize pantry and kitchen areas thoroughly.
Time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Knife handling skills to perform basic food preparation tasks safely and proficiently.
Ability to collaborate within a team environment to support kitchen staff and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.

Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pantry and kitchen areas to ensure a pleasant working environment.
Assist kitchen staff with basic cooking and food preparation tasks as required.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for timely replenishment of pantry supplies.
Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure hygiene.
Manage time efficiently to balance multiple tasks and support kitchen operations seamlessly.
