1. Oversee daily operations of the yoga studio, including scheduling classes, managing instructor schedules, and ensuring smooth studio functionality
2. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries related to classes, membership, and studio services
3. Process new memberships, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining accurate client records
4. Manage class bookings, cancellations, and waitlists using scheduling software (e.g., Practicenow)
5. Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies such as mats and props
6. Track attendance and member engagement, providing regular reports to the studio owner or manager
7. Coordinate special events, workshops, and teacher training sessions
8. Assist with invoicing, payments, and general financial record-keeping
9. Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client concerns or requests
10. Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness, promote classes, and engage with current and prospective clients
11. Create compelling content, including posts, stories, videos, and blogs, to showcase yoga classes, events, and studio culture
12. Engage with the community through regular posts, comments, and responding to messages or reviews on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest
13. Run promotional campaigns for new memberships, special offers, and workshops, utilizing paid social media ads when necessary
14. Develop a content calendar aligned with studio events, seasons, and special promotions
15. Share testimonials, class highlights, instructor spotlights, and yoga-related tips to foster a sense of community
16. Track social media performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies to increase engagement and reach
17. Monitor industry trends, yoga culture, and competitor studios to keep content fresh and relevant
18. Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, and promotional emails
19. Support the organization of community outreach programs, events, or wellness initiatives
20. Coordinate with instructors to ensure they have the tools and support to deliver excellent classes
21. Provide support for new client onboarding, offering information on class options, memberships, and services
22. Assist in developing studio branding and website content

1. Demonstrate proven experience in administrative tasks or office management, preferably in a fitness or wellness environment
2. Possess strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
3. Exhibit experience in content creation, including photos, videos, and written material
4. Showcase excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Display strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
6. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic design tools like Canva
