About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily administrative tasks, including handling ad-hoc requests and office support.
2. Coordinate team get-togethers, and on-the-job training (OJT), and manage certificates/vouchers.
3. Manage the announcements for work anniversaries, festivals, holidays, and other important events.
4. Oversee the procurement of goodies, and office supplies, and handle other procurement tasks as needed.
5. Ensure smooth management of all administrative duties remotely, supporting a distributed team.
6. Manage vendor identification and relationships to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks to support the team.

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. 1-2 years of experience in managing administrative responsibilities, preferably remotely.

2. Proven ability to identify and set up office spaces as needed.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Proficient in data management and maintaining organized records.

5. Experience in vendor identification, negotiation, and management.
