About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute operational and strategic goals
2. Streamline operational processes by identifying and implementing improvements
3. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth
4. Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and adherence to contracts
5. Lead a team by providing direction, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance
6. Craft compelling content showcasing school activities across social media, websites, and other channels
7. Act as the school's media liaison and official spokesperson
8. Manage event budgets, allocate funds, and process reports
9. Secure venues, photographers, vendors, and speakers for events
10. Oversee event execution, conduct final inspections to ensure everything runs smoothly
11. Analyze event success and present key findings
12. Maintain and evaluate school audio-visual equipment

Who can apply
