Amazon Store Manager Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Store management & operations:
Oversee the daily operations of the Amazon store, ensuring efficient order processing, timely shipment, and inventory management.
Manage product listings and ensure they are up-to-date, optimized for SEO, and aligned with Amazon's policies.
Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and take action to improve them.

2. Sales & growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increase store visibility, sales, and overall growth on Amazon.
Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor activity and industry trends.
Create promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals that drive traffic and sales.

3. Customer service & relationship management:
Provide top-notch customer service by responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
Manage customer reviews and feedback to maintain a positive reputation on Amazon.
Handle returns, refunds, and disputes in accordance with Amazon's policies and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Inventory & supply chain management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure stock availability and timely restocking of products.
Optimize the use of Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) or FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) options based on business needs.

5. Team leadership & collaboration:
Lead and manage a team of Amazon operations staff to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, product development) to align store operations with overall business goals.

6. Compliance & reporting:
Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, regulations, and best practices.
Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, insights, and action plans to improve performance.
