Associate Telecaller Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Research, track, maintain and update leads
2. Contact prospects to qualify leads
3. Work on direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
4. Research and maintain a lead generation database
5. Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
6. Participate in the preparation of proposals and/or sales presentations
7. Provide accurate and timely information to management
8. Develop a strong knowledge of the company's services in order to facilitate the sales process
9. Ensure regular follow-ups & updates to clients

Requirements:

1. The candidate should have patience and stay calm under pressure
2. Attentiveness and speed, clear and polite communication, good in MS Office, & self-motivated and responsible
