We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B College Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our courses within pre-university, engineering, and MBA colleges. The role requires a strong understanding of the education sector, effective sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in colleges.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
2. Identify and approach decision-makers in pre-university, engineering, and MBA colleges to promote our courses
3. Build strong relationships with college administrators, faculty, and student bodies to generate leads and convert them into sales
4. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our courses to showcase their benefits and value proposition
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements with colleges, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the college segment
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide valuable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly
8. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the education sector
2. Strong understanding of the college ecosystem, including pre-university, engineering, and MBA colleges
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
5. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
6. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (if applicable)
