GNH India Pharmaceuticals Limited is looking for a Registered and Qualified Company Secretary (CS)to serve as CS for compliances
Key responsibilities:
1. Report to the chairman and regularly communicate with the board
2. Prepare agendas, papers, and follow-ups on appropriate actions for board, committee, and annual general meetings (AGMs)
3. Convene and conduct AGMs, record proceedings, formulate resolutions, and submit relevant paperwork and yearly reports to the proper departments
4. Offer counsel on matters of law, finance, and strategy both inside and outside of meetings
5. Ensure updates to legislation, regulations, or policies that impact the organization have the committee's blessing
6. Keep all necessary records, such as director, secretary, and member registrations
7. Correspond, compile data, create reports, and inform key stakeholders of decisions
8. Communicate with outside regulators and advisors, including attorneys and auditors
9. Implement procedures or management systems to ensure effective organizational management
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience post-certification (2 years after completion of article ship/internship)
2. Be capable of working independently
3. Hold a CS license/certification (mandatory)
4. Possess a post-graduate degree in a relevant field
5. Have knowledge of law and finance
6. Be familiar with relevant software and applications
