About the job

It's a contractual role for 7 months (there is no penalty if the selected candidate leaves the job before 7 months) looking for a candidate who can join immediately

CTC - 35000/per month

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Program: (80%)
1. Manages complete office management of the Hyderabad Office.
2. Implements policies and protocols to upkeep office premises for maintenance of hygiene, health, and safety of staff.
3. Develop and maintain a filing system of office records.
4. Updates and maintains office policies and procedures as directed by the Manager and administration.
5. Ordering merchandise as directed by the Manager and administration.
6. Supports staff on travel which includes providing information to staff on economical and direct routes, assisting with itinerary development and accommodation
7. Assists with organizing and coordinating travel for events, retreats, or other meetings; scheduling event bookings and assisting with other logistics as needed for regional and/or national events.
8. Maintains the inventory of office supplies by identifying needs, ordering, and researching new deals and suppliers to optimize budgets.
9. Acts as a point of contact for vendors and external queries and escalates more complex queries as necessary.
10. Provide general support to visitors and queries from supporters.
11. Provides official assistance for visa requests for bulk travel & ACO including but not limited to letters from organizations for Indian staff travel outside India and invitation letters for international colleagues traveling to India.
Executive Support to MD's Office: (10%)
12. Provides executive support to the MD's office. This includes but is not limited to: office management, travel arrangements for guests, and special projects as needed

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. College graduate or equivalent work experience required. A graduate degree is preferred.

2. A minimum of two (2) years secretarial or administrative experience with basic accounting knowledge required.
