Job Overview
EASA College of Engineering & Technology is seeking a mid-level Guest Faculty for the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) and Information Technology (IT) departments. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience. This part-time position is based in Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, guiding students, and contributing to the academic environment.

Qualifications and Skills
Strong foundation in Computer Science Engineering & Information Technology (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in programming with C++ (Mandatory skill).
Experience in Python programming (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of C programming and ability to teach it effectively to students.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their applications.
Experience with Java programming and its various applications in different domains.
Solid understanding of SQL and database management systems.
Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols.

Roles and Responsibilities
Delivering lectures on CSE and IT topics, including programming languages, database management, and networking.
Developing and updating the curriculum to reflect current trends and technologies in the field.
Mentoring and guiding students in their academic projects and research activities.
Conducting assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress.
Collaborating with the academic team to enhance the educational experience.
Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to the development of the academic strategy.
Incorporating innovative teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
Ensuring compliance with academic regulations and standards.
