Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level IT Support professional to join our team in Doha on a part-time basis. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of IT systems. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff and clients, resolving IT-related issues efficiently and effectively
Install, configure, and maintain software applications used by the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Assist with network setup and configuration to ensure optimal performance
Maintain detailed records of IT support activities, including issue resolution and system performance
Work closely with other IT team members to develop and implement solutions to recurring problems
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all IT support activities
Educate employees on best practices for using IT equipment and software
