About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
2. Leverage insurance domain knowledge to develop features and solutions that address industry-specific requirements, such as policy management, claims processing, and customer service functionalities
3. Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and product managers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
4. Implement complex user interfaces and ensure seamless integration with back-end services and APIs
5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high performance and reliability
6. Ensure that all front-end solutions adhere to industry regulations, data protection standards, and best practices for security
7. Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs and performance issues
8. Implement and manage API integrations to fetch, display, and interact with data from back-end services and third-party APIs
9. Ensure seamless data flow and user interactions
10. Configure and send API requests, handle responses, and manage errors
11. Optimize API calls for performance and efficiency
12. Implement secure authentication methods for API interactions, such as OAuth or API keys, and ensure that data transmitted between the front-end and APIs is protected

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

3. Domain Knowledge: Proven experience or deep knowledge of the insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance products, policies, claims, and regulatory requirements

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)

5. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

6. Bonus Skills: Experience with back-end technologies, familiarity with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of insurance-related software and platforms

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
