Key Responsibilities and Desired Skills:
1. Social Media Savvy: Actively engaged on Instagram, adept at posting, scheduling, and drafting content. Proficient in social media jargon and trends.
2. Business Development: Identify and establish connections with brands aligned with the creator's aesthetic. Initiate outreach to PR agencies representing these brands.
3. Partnership Building: Negotiate and secure paid collaborations and barter agreements with identified brands.
4. Trend Spotting: Stay updated on emerging social media trends relevant to the influencer's niche. Assist in shaping the content calendar accordingly.
5. Strong Communication: Excellent written English skills for crafting captivating captions, drafting emails, and engaging with followers.
6. Photography and Videography: Basic proficiency in capturing high-quality images and videos to support daily shoots. Knowledge of video editing is advantageous.
7. Fashion Flair: A discerning eye for women's styling and fashion trends to seamlessly integrate into the influencer's content.

The role will be based in Kolkata and requires you to be in office minimum 3/5 days in the week. The role expects about 20 hours of work a week from you. Work hours will be flexible and you will need to post/monitor content on a continuous basis even outside office hours.
