Key responsibilities:

1. Record management (legal): We need help with de-duplicating and accurately filing our legal records.
2. Project management: We need help coordinating our teams when a deal is taking place or for executing small projects/tasks.
3. Basic financial operations management: We need help with managing invoicing, banking, etc.
