Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Ophthalmologist to join our team at Spandana Hospital in Bengaluru. This is a part-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eye disease diagnosis and treatment using advanced techniques and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency with surgical tools used in ophthalmic procedures to ensure high precision and patient safety.
Experience in performing LASIK and PRK procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Expertise in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate patient history and data management.
Familiarity with corneal topography to assess the condition and needs of patients effectively.
Skilled in administering intravitreal injections for treating conditions such as macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography) expertise for detailed retina examination (Mandatory skill).
Proficiency in retinal imaging techniques essential for diagnosing retinal disorders (Mandatory skill).
Eye disease diagnosis with comprehensive approaches for patient-centered care (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose vision problems and eye diseases accurately.
Perform corrective surgeries, including LASIK, PRK, and other refractive procedures as needed.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on diagnostic findings and patient needs.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive care for patients within a multidisciplinary framework.
