Blessed Angels is hiring part-time & full-time shadow teachers for primary & pre-primary schools in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane. A shadow teacher is an educational assistant who works directly with a single special needs child during his preschool & primary school. A shadow teacher allows the child to attend a mainstream class while receiving the extra attention that he needs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Accompanying the child throughout the school day to provide support and stability
2. Helping the child understand and display appropriate behavior in the classroom
3. Supporting and providing guidance for carrying out daily academic activities at school
4. Providing individual support to the child throughout the school hours
5. Helping the child become responsible, thus fostering independence and encouraging learning
Working hours & salary:
1. Part-time: 4 hours - Rs. 10,000 per month
2. Full-time: 7 hours - Rs. 13,000 per month
3. 5 days working, fixed Saturday & Sunday off
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
