About the job

Responsibilities:
Source and engage candidates across various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates skills and suitability.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies and labor laws.
Occasionally travel for recruitment needs (requires a valid 2-wheeler license).


Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
IT background or experience in IT recruiting is a plus.
Basic knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles;
Earn certifications in these skills
