Technical Trainer Job (Part time)

The IT industry is evolving rapidly, driven by advancements in AI and emerging technologies. In this fast-paced landscape, traditional academia alone cannot fully prepare students for industry demands. Since our inception in 1999, we have trained over 1.1 million students across 100+ branches. Recently, Rooman signed MoUs with NSDC and VTU to provide Future Skill training to final-year students from 200+ engineering colleges affiliated with VTU in Karnataka. Similarly, we have partnered with JNTUA Andhra Pradesh and NSDC to offer training to students from 100+ engineering colleges affiliated with JNTUA in Andhra Pradesh.
Through this initiative, in collaboration with IBM, IIT Guwahati, NASSCOM, and the Wadhwani Foundation, we are training more than 50,000 final-year engineering students across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct engaging Online & Offline training sessions
2. Develop and update industry-aligned course content
3. Mentor students on real-world projects and technical challenges
4. Assess student progress and provide structured feedback
5. Integrate industry best practices into training programs

Who Can Apply?

1. We are inviting experienced trainers for both online and offline training sessions in part-time and full-time roles.
2. Target Audience:
3. BE/B.Tech final-year students from Electronics, Computer Science, Information Science, and allied streams.

Mode of Training Delivery:

1. Online & Offline Training Options: Trainers can choose between remote online sessions or conducting in-person classes at designated training centers.
2. Classroom Setup (Offline Mode): Each session will have 40-45 students per batch, equipped with audio-video facilities.
3. Multi-College Connectivity (Online Mode): 4 batches (150-180 students) will be trained simultaneously.
4. Student Coordinator Support: A designated Student Coordinator will assist trainers in managing the session and student engagement.
5. Batch-Wise Access: Online meeting links are shared with college coordinators rather than individual students for streamlined access.
