Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage partnerships with key stakeholders including corporations, non-profits, and government agencies.
2. Lead engagement initiatives to increase brand awareness and support for our programs and initiatives.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
4. Implement effective communication strategies to engage and retain donors, volunteers, and partners.
5. Create and execute fundraising campaigns and events to support our mission and goals.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and measure success.
7. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
2. Proven experience in partnership development, relationship management, or business development.
3 excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, develop plans, and execute initiatives to achieve objectives.
6. Proficiency in project management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
8. Previous experience in a similar role within the industry or sector is highly desirable.
9. Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, and events.
10. Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all partnership dealings.
