Payroll Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage attendance and coordinate with managers
2. Add employee details in the master database and system
3. Follow up with the supply team for timely onboarding entries and documentation
4. Coordinate with the supply team for the onboarding of technicians
5. Prepare salary structures for employees
6. Process payroll for PAN India employees
7. Handle escalations regarding salaries for PAN India employees
8. Oversee PF and compliance for new joiners and current employees
9. Register new joiners in the PF portal
10. Handle PF queries for technicians and employees
11. Prepare MIS reports (exit reports, probation reports)
12. Prepare monthly reports (salary file, HR register)
13. Prepare Medicare addition/deletion reports on a monthly basis
14. Assist in HR audits related to labor acts
