About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage payroll inputs according to the payroll calendar and ensure data accuracy for 2500 employees
2. Handle data changes that impact payroll
3. Prepare salary annexures as per compliance requirements like PF and ESIC
4. Manage multiple employee databases and HRIS
5. Possess excellent knowledge of MIS and advanced Excel
6. Ability to manage employee life cycle post-hiring
7. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll
8. Handle external and internal audits
9. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity

Advanced Excel HRIS

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Human Resource Management
