Job Title : Payroll HR Executive Male

Location Tirupur (Tamilnadu)

Roles & Responsibilities (Male)
Assist the HR Department in the management of day-to-day tasks.
Maintain daily attendance in HRMS software
Run HR payroll every month based on attendance and leave
Managing statutory compliance ESI & PF other as per laws.
Compile, update company personnel records and documentation.
Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
Co-ordinate recruitment activities .

Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in HR, MBA in HR 3 -5 years of experience in Payroll Management in HRMs software.
Experience in working garment industry

Desired Skills
Microsoft Excel and advance Formulas
Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and HR software.
