We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with expertise in lead generation, marketing automation, and strategy building. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth through paid digital campaigns, optimizing marketing funnels, and ensuring successful automation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Develop and execute high-impact lead generation strategies across various channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), driving qualified leads into the marketing funnel.
2. Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage paid marketing campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) while continually optimizing for cost-efficiency and ROI.
3. Marketing Automation: Set up, manage, and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign to nurture leads and improve conversions.
4. Strategy Building: Design and implement robust marketing strategies for client acquisition, retention, and overall brand growth, aligned with business objectives.
5. Funnel Optimization: Analyze customer journeys and optimize marketing funnels to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates through A/B testing and continuous performance improvements.
6. Data Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data to generate insights, and provide clear reporting on KPIs, including CPA, ROI, and LTV.
7. Cross-Channel Coordination: Work closely with other teams such as content, design, and sales to ensure consistent and optimized messaging across all marketing channels.
8. Competitor Research: Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on market trends, implementing new tactics to gain a competitive advantage.
9 Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets across channels, ensuring efficient spend allocation and high return on investment.
10. Growth Hacking: Identify new growth opportunities and innovate creative marketing strategies that generate more leads and conversions at a lower cost.

Other requirements
2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar platforms.
Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and relevant ad platforms.
Strong understanding of marketing metrics like CPA, CTR, ROAS, and LTV.
Excellent data analysis skills with an analytical mindset to extract campaign insights.
Experience with A/B testing and optimizing landing pages and ad creatives.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and collaborating.
