Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention
2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations for optimization
3. Manage and optimize Facebook Ads and Google AdWords campaigns to meet KPIs and ROAS targets
4. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize ad creative, targeting, and landing pages
5. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversions
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continually improve campaign performance
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing initiatives
