Create campaigns that impact lives. Work with us in creating one of the largest outreach performance marketing B2C programs spanning 40 countries.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute relevant performance marketing strategies to amplify internal and external campaigns across multiple platforms
2. Explore new opportunities to grow campaigns more efficiently and effectively through newer channels
3. Do customer acquisition/engagement using digital marketing and advertising
4. Analyze sales funnels, campaign data, trends, and customer intent on an ongoing basis
5. Directly manage online marketing channels including Facebook/Instagram, SEO, SEM, Social, Remarketing, display & direct partnerships
6. Manage test-and-learn strategy to gain insights into customer behaviour and boost traffic
7. Document campaign evolution to monitor overall performance and identify best practices across platforms
8. Guide creative team to create, and experiment with digital campaigns
9. Explore, identify, elaborate, and pursue tech/API/feed integration solutions with the team to improve performance capabilities.
10. Present account reviews internally as well as to clients
11. Constantly optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.
12. Build budget recommendations & pitch decks
13. Manage budgets, spending and billing reconciliation
14. Work closely with product/agency and other platforms
15. Test into new marketing channels; scale them if performance is in line with targets
16. Stay updated with the latest trends and technology and use it to our advantage

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally

Experience with paid channels (Google Search, Display, UAC, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads, etc), A/B testing (eg. Optimizely, Google Optimize), Analytics (eg. Google Analytics)

Understanding of peripheral domains like email marketing and SEO

Needs to have a strong analytical data-driven mindset and functional understanding of visuals and videos

Knowledge of brand management would be preferred

About IFP

IFP (Previously India Film Project) is a content festival held in Mumbai, India. The festival features a flagship 50-hour filmmaking challenge, where participants are given 50 hours to make a film after which a panel of judges select award winners. The competition has run each September since 2011 and is deemed as largest creative collaborative activity.

In 2016, the organizers added a two-day on-ground festival in Mumbai which talks about various aspects of creation across films, digital, literature, and music with interesting conversations, workshops, and performances. over 20,000 content enthusiasts attend the festival every year making it one umbrella place for creators.

in 2017, IFP also added a writing challenge, storytelling challenge, and design challenge. in 2022, IFP also added a standup challenge and photography challenge.
